| If the client knows in which area he/she wants to buy a home, we will gather as much information about the area as possible to provide the variety of choices. Also, we will provide the on-site tour to answer any questions. As a professional, we can be the client's reliable guidance. |
| ③ Negotiation |
| On behalf of the client, we will be a negotiator, trying our best to satisfy the client's request, regarding the contract. |
| ④ Purchase Agreement / Terms & Conditions |
| We will assess the property, contents of the purchase agreement, and terms and conditions carefully so that the client will not encounter any kind of troubles in the future. |
| ⑤ Delivery of Property & After Service |
| We will help the client to make a detailed timelines for the delivery of the property. Even after the closure, we will always be here for the client. We can consult on the tax procedures as well. |
How to Purchase
Now you have a thought in your mind, "This is the time to purchase home!" However, there are many steps that you may go through. So, we will introduce the important steps that you should know to prepare for the "Best Buy."

| Have you caluculated your budget carefully? When you purchase a property, you may encounter unexpected expenses, such as moving house and others, in addition to the fee charges.
You should estmimate the total amount in which you feel most comfortable. We know it's troublesome, but don't worry. We will be here for you to go through the process together! |
| ② Gather Information |
| Once you feel totally comfortable about your budget, let's start to look for your new home! We can help you to find the best house in the area you're willing to aquire. |
| ③ On-site Tour |
| Let's go to on-site tour! You can do it by yourself if you'd like to, of course. However, it's easier for you to go through 8 to 10 homes in one day if you're with us as we have experiences.
Most of the clients usually go through 10 homes at least to find the best house. |
| ④ Comparison |
| Once you go through the thourough comparison, usually two to three homes will be your final choices. Then, as the next step, let's exmine more details, such as traffic, nearby schools, doctors, glossary stores, night environment, and so on. We will give you useful information. |
| ⑤ Purchase Agreement |
| When you decide which one you want to aquire, we will help you to make a purchase agreement. Also, you need to prepare deposit. Usually the deposit amount is 5 to 10% of the property cost.
At this stage, if you ever have any questions or un-solved discomfort, please let us know. We think it is the most important that you feel comfortable about your decision before processing the agreement. |
| ⑥ Loan Application |
| There are many kinds of loan products, so please consult us. We have some partnerships with banking institutions so that our clients can have benefits in the interest rate. |
| ⑦ Payment of Remaining Balance & Registration |
| At this stage, you need to pay the remaining balance to the seller and registration process of transfer of ownership will be done by judicial scriber. |
| ⑧ Delivery of Property |
| Once you have paid the remaining balance, the property is officially yours and the keys and other documents will be handed to you. Last thing you have to do is moving. Congratulations!!
