Rent & General Asset Management System Flow
On behalf of the apartments & homes owner, IM will be responsible for the owner's property. We will support the owner to find the tenant, renew the contract, maintain the apartments & homes properly, and process any troublesome documents.
Also, we can manage any claims from the tenants and process the end adjustment promptly.
Below are the services we offer:
| ① Market Research & Asset Management Planning |

We thoroghly conduct the market research around the owners property and evaluate the proper rent fee to propose the asset management plan which will produce constant income.

| ② Rent Assessment |
| We can propose the proper rent for the designated area by own strategies (comparing with similar properties, trafiic, fixture, etc...) |
| ③ Contract with the Owner |
| Once the owner understantds our proposal and satisfies with it, we will process the contract for the asset maangement service.
★ Our management fee is 5%. |
Sub-Leasing
Sub-leasing service is that we will rent the owner's property first, then, we will rent it to the tenants we find. We offer this service not only for whole apartment building, but also for a single room. As we directly maange the owner's property, we promise the owner the below two benefits:

| As we pay the rent every month even when there is a vacancy, the owner doesn't have to worry about the vacant risk. Also, it's easier for the owner to plan own finance. (Rent will be assessed every two years) |
| ② No Claims |
| On behalf of the owner, we will manage any claims from the tenant. Even in the case that the tenant is in the delinquency, we will manage the problem properly, so that the owner doesn't worry about those risks. |
